I agree completely, I just picked the feminism tag for two reasons: 1) this is going to have to be small steps, and maternity leave is the first step, 2) it's simply a bigger tag with a wider audience. But in the end, totally, I would absolute love for a paid leave for both parents. But unfortunately, baby steps. (Pun intended)
