Don't forget that this is only one side of the story. I won't defend my problematic client, but neither party is innocent of lowering the pH in that room. Perception is a powerful thing -- "John" felt my problematic client was violent and asked me to check his room for weapons because "John" opened the door, and problem client was naked so he pushed it closed before it opened. "John" is using a walker because of a surgery he just had and felt this was malicious, and from then on felt problematic client was evil. Much of the tone of this journal is colored by that incident.
