Of course. The traditional bane of strikes is a force of strikebusters, and in this instance that force both already existed and also happily stepped into the void. I have heard nothing but good stories from Uber-users in my hometown. It's an incredibly professional company. (That said, maybe it's only a matter of time before we have our first Uber-enabled murder/kidnapping/rape. Who knows.)
