It's probably more car oriented than Dallas, because it's less dense. Not surprised. Terrible signage and signaling too.

It's car-oriented because of its area, but the downtown is extremely well set up for pedestrians (compared to the other cities on this list that I have visited) and in general more space means less emphasis on dangerous tight streets, cutting sidewalks out of the budget, etc.
