It is sad to see primary education on there. I'm not sure what the situation in the UK is but in the US there are many unemployed primary school teachers and many of the employed ones make 2-3x the starting wage. worded another way, we could replace "comfortable" teachers with "vibrant" new teachers, and shrink class sizes to less than half for the same amount of money. There are zero market forces allowed in the current system here, and this is mostly by design.
