Sigh... Watching the recording of him delivering the records request it's clear that the BPD are using intimidation and creating a threatening environment. I'm sure a lot of people can relate to what it feels like when a police officer intimidates you. It affects your decisions and causes you to admit guilt, talk without a lawyer, and other actions not to your advantage. I guess it's all part of the blue code of silence. I commend the journalists here for their work. Police departments can not be walled off power structures away from the public eye.
