Or perhaps they just didn't want the experience to ever end. I imagine it's like when you are getting a massage. Everything is just so happy and you know it's going to end but you don't want it to end so you pretend it will never end and try to enjoy the moment but you can't fully escape to a place where it'll be like that forever. Next time, I'm giving my massage therapist a motherfucking encore.
