Slightly off-topic: theadvancedapes how do you even do this anthropology thing. I had to take a mandatory Anth101 class this semester and it preeeetty much killed any and all interest I had in the subject, not gonna lie.
Hm, well everyone is different. I've often told colleagues and professors that I am actually not as interested in anthropology, biology, chemistry, physics, etc... so much as I am interested in the idea of evolution. That may seem surprising. But what really gets my mind excited is explaining how things change over time and how novel phenomena emerge from complex systems. Explanation is the most powerful ability one can acquire from a scientific education and no intellectual tool explains as much as does evolution.
I'll tell you this; I do not miss undergraduate examination! Good luck dude.
