Yes of course it's easy. It's pure communism, Robin Hood, wealth redistribution. Of course it would work. It's too simple not to work.

But there's no way it gets implemented here. Switzerland is a different political climate.

Minor quibble - it's socialism, not communism. They are related but not the same thing.
