We are in the process of creating documentation for previously siloed processes that only one or 2 people knew how to execute. Any existing documentation was previously spread across multiple word docs in multiple libraries. We are consolidating existing documentation, creating specific on-boarding guides, and working to eliminate excessive redundancy in the more technical docs. Good to know we are at least close to the right path!
