I like the idea of focusing more national attention on the mismanaged and potentially corrupt handling of the foreclosure process. That said, it's also important to remember that many people purchased homes they had no right owning. While I agree they shouldn't have been able to get the loan, I know better than to buy something that seems too good to be true... why didn't they?
Both the lenders and the recipients of the mortgages are at fault in many cases. Just saying it's not a one sided story. BOA sucks though.
