For comedy, definitely a show called "Better off Ted". It's really small and unknown but it's probably one of the funniest TV shows I've ever seen. Most people I've showed it to have also enjoyed watching it.

A great show. I"ve only seen however much is on Netflix but I remember wishing there was more.
Totally forgot to mention that. I watched the first season a few years ago and enjoyed it a lot. It has an interesting style, what with the protagonist breaking the fourth wall and all.
