Man, that's so Shire. I'm sitting here trying to figure out what the most I've ever walked in a day is -- maybe 15 miles? Maybe 10? I wish I had friends who liked this sort of thing.

45km was far and away the longest I'd ever walked. Actually, just the other day we walked out to Kilcock, and met two German guys who were walking from Maynooth to Galway, so there are people out there who like this kind of thing... I guess it's just a matter of finding them.
