Basically all humans, no matter where they are on planet earth, deserve the same rights and freedoms. We are all equally human, and all equally important and worthy of life.
-Playing devils advocate for a moment here. Do you really think that all human beings are equally important? If so, can you define importance? Are we talking important to the advancement of the species or are we talking "everyone is special, you all get a participation ribbon?" Are we all equally worthy of life? Is your life no more valuable than the man or woman that beats their children? I think it diminishes the complexity of human existence to pretend that it's all equal.
