I'm new here so I'm not quite sure what everyone is into, but recently I have been listening to a lot of tribal and tropical/Latin bass.

Recently I discovered A Tribe Called Red. They are "an all Native American DJ crew from Ottawa Canada" and remix traditional Pow Wow music with contemporary club sounds. Pretty neat to listen to. They just released this great rap tune that I cannot get enough of it.

Thornato is out of NY and makes great Latin and Caribbean tracks. I have fallen in love with this track all over again when it randomly came up on my iTunes. Edit: And to add a little more to this, here are two more tracks from Thornato that I love. This first one is probably my favorite track from him, and this second one makes me smile every time I listen to it. The original itself is pretty good, but I love how Thornato brings a worldly or indigenous feel to the track. I think it makes me smile because it feels very Australian and brings me back to when I studied abroad over there.

Some other stuff I have been listening to quite a lot lately is DJ Snake who released two massive tracks recently ( one, two ), and this track from Savlem. For some reason that Glitch Hop track reminds me of Oktoberfest and Polka... which is great because I love both :D

But I'm sure most of you aren't into that kind of stuff, so hopefully this might interest you a little more. Go Exploring is from Buffalo, and I love his album he put out recently. It doesn't seem like his too well known, but he is definitely an artist I'm going to keep track of.
