Really nice project. I personally think excessive is the point. And one could argue that what was done to him is excessive too. It's just great that what he did was treat the F.B.I. like an over protective mother. Telling them everything. "Hey Mom, I'm going out tonight." And then he starts calling them to tell them how his day went. Show and tell pictures of the nephews.
It's a great point about having an analyzing problem. Reading through all that data is unreasonable. But not to long ago, you could more easily hear the phrase 'human intelligence' in the media. If you haven't seen "The Lives of Others" then I recommend it. Takes place in East Berlin before the autumn of nations.
