legalize everything of willful adult consent: prostitution, gambling, drugs etc. Keep it in the light of the law and not hidden, eliminate the underground trafficking etc. It's never going to be eradicated, there is a reason it's the "oldest profession". The best we can do is to regulate it, make it safe etc. This way there will be no need to "cut the women with razorblades" etc.
