Here is an explanation of what you are looking at. Also as a general rule ignore government provided seasonally adjusted data. It almost always distorts and causes confusion. That’s just more distortion by daily shot that should have been labeled correctly. Honestly really disappointed in in daily shot for this one, but also shows you the danger of graphs without context.
