I hope there's jail time, but the story doesn't mention it. Corporate and non-profit malfeasance will never stop until individuals get held accountable. NRA sounds like an extreme case, but my guess is that grift is a big part of the game for a lot of these "non-profits", whose CEOs get paid like corporate CEOs pretty often. When fraud occurs, it's because people committed fraud. It's a good idea to hold people accountable, not just the organization. "Too big to jail" was one of the worst things Obama's DoJ came up with (not an exact analogy here, but hopefully my point isn't lost).
