I didn't watch it before reading this. Only heard some weird things about Shakira doing stuff with her tongue... Well, turns out the weird stuff she attempted and did not execute well is a zaghrouta. For completeness, here is an example of the zaghrouta done by a famous Egyptian actor (about 30s in) And because he also didn't link a nice mijwez video, here is one for you. It doesn't look that easy and it does seem this guy is circle breathing, otherwise there is no chance of keeping that up.
