I prefer Edam over Gouda. A somewhat derogatory term for Dutch people is kaaskop, or cheesehead, and according to Wiki that's also the case for Wisconsians! I also really love mozzarella. Good thing Italy is nearby. My only problem is that I sadly can't stomach a lot of cheese...I haven't gotten a proper test yet but I'm pretty confident I'm a bit lactose intolerant. :(
