My feeling is the guy probably used PEDs, but there has to be a statute of limitations. We're talking about something that may or may not have happened 15 years ago, when every athlete was doping, cyclists, ball players, football players, runners, and on and on. The best thing for sports would be to call a truce. Say to the athletes we'll catch you if you cheat now, but we can't change the past.
