Call me crazy... but maybe you ought to try and die out of your vagina less!? Not saying give up drinking, just less -dying out of my vagina- style drinking. I've heard that one glass of water between every drink does wonders, though I've never had the will power to do it. Good luck with the working out, you seemed fit and energetic at the Hubski gathering. Great work!
