It's great you're using this as a vehicle to look deeper. In some places, there seems to persist this idea that people who work out are doing so for vain reasons, that it is completely about the physicality of the exercise. You are so obviously proving that idea wrong.

For the running, for the sets, do you stop completely in-between, or do you just switch to walking? Also, is this jogging, or sprints? Either way, you seem to be killling it.
