I'm interested in your legal theory that websites need to parse out what is third party libel and what is not so as to remove it. It would be a nice blank check for anyone to get anything negative written about them taken down. I'd like to see an explanation of how this works.

Please explain how websites are supposed to determine what is "legitimate" libel and more about their obligation to take such material down.
