Yeah they do. That is until they give you an image of them with no stated requirements or contractual obligations. You give someone something and its theirs to do with as they please. I'm not saying is okay to try to make someone look bad but as a general rule I avoid doing things I would be ashamed of people knowing. And I certainly wouldn't let there be evidence of such things. Even if there was evidence I definitely wouldn't give it to someone else. That's just stupid. Edited for auto correct errors
