Rebuild the carb. First thing. Second thing, nuke the shit out of the tank. Third thing, replace the battery. Fourth thing, get a can of starter fluid and get the fucker running. If after step 4 you have not achieved ignition, report back for science. If you get the thing running, change the tires ASAP because old rubber is f'n terrifying to ride on.
