Normally I wouldn't really care about this kind of thing, even if the result of it brought lots of cool people over to Hubski, but this is different. Prior to her joining the reddit team I had spoken with Victoria probably half a dozen times on the phone. She worked for a company that dealt with social media sites and she had found Hubski and was interested in learning more. She was very complimentary, SUPER high energy and very positive. In short, I really liked her. I looked forward to our conversations. She seemed to get the value in what we were building. I have no doubt that she'll be just fine. She's a talented person. I'm not so sure that reddit will ever be the same though.
