I live in Korea largely because it's not where I grew up. I like the US and it's a good place to live, but for some reason it's not for me, at least not right now. I've been living abroad on and off for 6 years, still not ready to go back.
I like the little (or big) challenges of living abroad, and the new things I could never have experienced back home. Like today, I witnessed the laborious process that is the Korean way of eating seeded grapes. I like encountering new things, even if it's a stupid way to eat grapes.
