People seem to forget that freedom of speech works differently in Canada than it does in the US. You cannot say whatever you want, whenever you want, to whomever you want. It's why the Westboro Baptist Church is not welcome up here.

This should be taken for what it is, which is sexual harassment and disorderly conduct, and the person should be charged accordingly. Frankly, I would almost go as far as to say that it could be considered a violation of the Ontario Human Rights Code.

From the Code:

    Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world and is in accord with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as proclaimed by the United Nations;

    And Whereas it is public policy in Ontario to recognize the dignity and worth of every person and to provide for equal rights and opportunities without discrimination that is contrary to law, and having as its aim the creation of a climate of understanding and mutual respect for the dignity and worth of each person so that each person feels a part of the community and able to contribute fully to the development and well-being of the community and the Province;

I'd throw the book at this guy, ESPECIALLY considering he's a public employee. Considering he went to Laurier in 2005, he's easily in his 30s and should fucking know better. Hell, a child would know better.

I think what makes me the most mad is that he is so unapologetic when Hunt confronts him.
