I was unaware we had to choose between the two. By the way - Rosetta launched March 4, 2004. Fukushima cleanup started March 12, 2011. So not only was the lions' share of the effort of this particular endeavor over and done with seven years before your comparison even makes sense, but you're three and a half years late with the snark either way.
