I'm a big fan of keeping UIs and preferences as simple as possible and I'm pretty strongly of the opinion that "global" should pretty much show you the same thing you'd see as if you were logged out. That's the point. Your community signals are all well and good, but if I'm cruising "global" anything with over 1 share is likely to not be a spammer anyway. I am going to be creating a toggle where you can select the ignore behavior on global.
Do you mean decrease the contrast on the hushed user's text? That would make sense.
