I'm aware of that, but I didn't say "no there are none anywhere that can't be that version of Reddit that you seek". I addressed your question with relation to Hubski and not with relation to any other site because I'm not personally aware of anything that is like what you're looking for. But then again you didn't really specify anything outside of "Reddit, but rules that make sense" so who knows. I'm not really sure what you would propose for Reddit to do with regards to shadowbanning. With however huge their user base is at this point it would be in my estimation a mammoth amount of effort to handle things on a case by case basis. Not that I agree with the shadow ban, but you're looking at that or a lot more admins/more moderator privileges.
