What will the repercussions be, then, for the years of deceit and flat out lying about this? It was all a ploy to fix prices, one where you could probably argue collusion between all of the major cable companies, yet I doubt we'll see anything significant come of this.

Yeah, unfortunately that's true. In the post this is a response to I believe they commented that the reason there are such limited amounts is because of how they set up their infrastructure, it essentially makes it too difficult for other companies to set up networks. We could complain, but I doubt it'd do anything.
