He worked on the campaign longer than Kelleyanne Conway and Steve Bannon. But he didn't do anything. He lived in Trump Tower and has know The Donald since the eighties. But they never really interacted. The man has an interesting strategy for shirking responsibility which seems to just involve lying and whining. It seems pretty effective when applied to his supporters.
