I want someone to tell me a story about why this matters to the guys defense. I'm not saying that there isn't a story where the dad's status with the FBI could matter but I'm having trouble coming up with one.
Doesn't matter to the guy's defense. Matters to his wife's defense, because she's the one they're trying to pin it on since he's dead. The FBI is charging a battered wife with being an accomplice in a mass shooting because it draws attention away from the fact that they took him off of a terror watchlist after questioning him twice.
