1. Chrome (haven't tested it on other browsers) 2. Windows 10 3. GTX 1070 Going full screen or away from full screen while Ublock is on makes the screen flicker black, usually for a second sometimes for a few. Seems to flicker at times when an add would play. I can't recall the setting I changed (in the Nvidia settings) to make it stop because I'm not at that computer right now. Just updated my drivers and it started up again.
