Your audio is actually great for on-camera, "know exactly nothing" audio. There's a lot that you seem to be grasping innately and that's awesome. I'm not going to give you any tips that will slow you down. A little post-processing on the track will help with things like how boomy/roomy your hotel is.

I don't think your audio is your weakest point. If I were you, I'd get in the habit of shooting wider than you need and then using Final Cut's image stabilization to smooth out your wigglier shots. I mean, you're posting at 1080p - nobody is watching your stuff at 1080p. The vast majority of your viewing public is watching it at 360p or 480p, meaning there's gobs of resolution you can steal for windowing.

Shoot wide. Window to 720p. Let Final Cut stabilize the shot. Get some coffee and chill.

With how slow my computer is, I was just too lazy to stabilize the shaky shots. Time to suck it up and do it right :)
