I see no part of that process that a decent food-bot couldn't do. Human chefs are just cheaper than robots at the moment. But if you want to automate the process go the whole way, don't half ass it with a fancy ordering/food delivery system. As of right now, you've just gotten rid of cashiers, which we haven't needed for the better part of a decade, probably longer than that.
