Wow, interesting read. I challenges the whole "separate work from life" mantra that many people (specially in Germany) have. I can relate to everything that is was discussed and the problems that teams can have by comparing it to my work environment. We are 10 people in the lab and it is an efficiency farm where the boss and the people discourage talk about private issues. No one seems to care that this person is having troubles at home, the other one is close to burnout etc. that it influences the overall efficiency and creativity because everyone is doing his own thing. I wish my boss would read that article!
