Yeah, finish it. It's a good option to be able to have. My opinion: do the most difficult major that interests you, and consider a minor if you are really divided. From meeting you, my impression is that you could do any number of things well. You'd be a physician with killer bedside manner, you'd be a natural leader in an NGO.
