Check out Eve Aronoff's cook book. She's a friend of mine that owns a restaurant in Ann Arbor, MI. Great use of Moroccan spices, illu45, you would dig it too.
That looks interesting, thanks for the recommendation. Do you know where I could find more info on the cookbook? What sort of recipes does it contain, for instance? How are they broken down (by cuisine, course, etc.)? I usually like to look at cookbooks before I buy them, but it looks like Amazon may be my best choice for this particular one.

The book has wonderful photos throughout: And recipes like this: They're not simple because of the sauces. But they're delicious.
