Okay okay we're fixing this tomorrow. I promise. It's an easy fix but is going to be a bit harder to make it a better user experience. Basically, we have hid the right section of the secondary top navigation bar via css on mobile devices to reduce the clutter. I'm working on figuring out design right now. It gets so cluttered on mobile and I failed to realize that on some pages there is super important information in the right secondary nav area.
