I work in Detroit, but I don't see them much. We used to dance at parties in industrial districts, and I saw packs there. They look so weird when it's a mix of big and small dogs.
Last year we were in Istanbul, and there are feral dogs all over the city. Cats too. The dogs look pretty well taken care of in Istanbul, however. One night as we walked back to our hotel, we were basically walking with a pack of several dogs. No one seemed to mind them. One of these days after work I am going to have to take a driva about, take some interesting pictures of Detroit, and post them.
