I'll bite! I've been around a while (almost 2 years according to my profile) but still sorta feel like I'm poking around the pondscum rather than in the depths of the community. I like everyone well enough though :) My name is Chelsea. I'm a grad student in DC. I grew up in the SF bay area and I don't want to go back because I prefer seasons to sunshine -I speak/have studied 5 languages. I lived in rural Jordan at the end of 2012 and am struggling to find someone to speak Arabic with so I can keep my fluency - a quick glance at my tags you get #grrltalk and #meowski which is me in a nutshell. my most shared posts are from international cat day about turning cats into free mobile wifi hubs https://hubski.com/pub?id=171696 , a Japanese game show with powerlifting cats https://hubski.com/pub?id=185389 , and an article about transphobic Wikipedia edits from Congress https://hubski.com/pub?id=174262 - my favorite hubski community event (?) is #pubski. i have been to exactly 1 meet up. - I am riding on the coattails of my more-Internet-cool bf Meriadoc - I'm working on being able to squat a bear. Grizzly is the ultimate goal but black is more realistic. - breakfast is my favorite meal of the day - I never learned how to ride a bike
i try to throw you a bone ONE TIME...u fuckin nerd
I've met you IRL, I agree with you. Your far cooler gf exaggerates :)
How much do you squat currently? Did you study linguistics?
i've fallen off the wagon b/c of finals but I was moving up to 100 last time I worked out. I've been doing SL 5x5 for 2-3 months now.
I'm assuming you do full body? Legs and back one day, Arms and chest the next? 5x5 at 100 is pretty good, but try not to become stagnant.
SL 5x5 is a supposed to be 3x a week A-B, squats-bench press-barbell rows/squats-overhead press -deadlift. my last final is on saturday and i hope to get back on the horse after that!
