I have recently noticed that "actually" is being used in great excess. For instance when I am tending bar "Sir, can I get you something to drink?" "Actually, I'll do an IPA." I don't tell the guy that an IPA is actually mother fucking beer, and that you don't "do" beer, "do" seems acceptable for cocaine, but alcoholic beverages don't really merit that kind of language, I just get the guy a beer. I try and address everyone with formal courtesy, Sir, Ms. Miss. what ever seems appropriate. I beg people pardon and excuse myself. I never scream "hey" at my service staff, but always address them with a gentle and appropriate attention getter and try to look pleasant. Several times a week someone at my job screams "Hey get me another drink" at me while I'm helping another customer, I don't, I generally walk away looking for any other person I can help before I help the shouter. Way to many people speak like ignorant uncouth savages, they get treated like rude dummies and that is what they deserve.
