I haven't gotten notifications about your last two shoutouts. Hmm. EDIT: I remember reading this list when it came out and being extremely impressed that they introduced me to Bombino.

What I didn't realize until recently is that you cannot "edit" a post and include "shout-outs" in the edit that didn't previously exist and have them notify the person being shout-ed out to. Perhaps that's what happened here?

That is exactly what happened. I was trying to find the posts at the time to link to them. I didn't know shout-outs don't happen in edits either.
