While yes, you could consider that a downside. I think it would be a fantastic feeling knowing that a slow download is caused by a slow server and has nothing to do with your side.

Definitely. It's only a downside because other people are slower. Which means you aren't getting the full speed. Once everyone catches up, it'll no longer be a problem.

It has been mentioned that it would take a while for any connection this speed to get to Europe, so by that point, the servers might have already caught up. The UK always seems to be a little behind with these things, only just getting LTE.
