1. About three months ago I stopped eating bread completely, cut way back on pastas, rice, chips etc as well. I've lost almost 15 pounds.

2. For the past month I've been doing 30-40 push-ups each morning. I'm looking more fit as a result. It's so simple.

3. I'm traveling a ton this month. Way too much.

4. We received a lot of attention from our NPR interview. Went well I think. You can hear it here:
