Probably a good way to lay out some goals here, so why not? For 2013, I want to be less judgmental of those around me. It's been a real problem lately; I don't really know what to attribute it to, but I know it makes me an asshole most of the time. Rather than seeing something and immediately moving to mild annoyance and self-important critique; rather than seeing the worst in people, I'm going to make a concerted effort to see the best in them. I'm also going to go with a generic one that I imagine lots of people on here have (but important none the less!): In 2013 I want to be more confident. It's something that I've struggled with for most of my life, and it has recently dawned on me that it's one of the most important qualities one can have, whether it's dating, performing well in a job interview, or just having a good effect on the people you might be talking to. Final resolution: more exercise. Not as much for the weight-loss as the mental serenity that routine exercise brings. It's underrated, in my opinion - people don't talk it up as much as they should! This shit is incredible - you feel good afterward, it brings focus, the list goes on. I need more of that!
